If you are between the ages of 4-25 and not participating as a contestant, you are eligible to enter.
The cost is only $25 per entry.
Photogenic: Bring your favorite photo/s to check in on Saturday March 26th.
Modeling: Locate your favorite outfit and hit the National Teenager runway.
